1. Agreement to these terms
By accessing or purchasing anything on plotandpantry.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Site or purchase our products. "We," "us," and "our" refer to Plot & Pantry. "You" refers to the individual accessing the Site or purchasing our products.
2. Our products
Plot & Pantry sells digital PDF guides for home food growing. All products are digital downloads — no physical goods are shipped. Each purchase provides access to one or more PDF files delivered electronically. Store links included in our guides point to third-party retailers. We do not sell equipment or seeds directly and are not responsible for the availability, pricing, or quality of products at those retailers.
3. Purchase and delivery
All prices are listed in US dollars. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.
Upon successful payment, you will receive an email with a download link for your purchased files. Delivery is instant — links are generated and sent automatically after your payment is confirmed. If you do not receive your download link within a few minutes, check your spam folder before contacting us.
Download links are valid for a reasonable period after purchase. If your link has expired, contact us at Direct messages inContra and we will resend it.
4. Refunds
Because our products are digital downloads made available immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds as a standard policy.
However, we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:
The file you received is corrupted or cannot be opened
You were charged but did not receive your download link
You were accidentally charged twice for the same product
The product is materially different from what was described on the product page
To request a refund, contact us at Direct Messages in Contra within 14 days of your purchase with your order details and reason. We will respond within 3 business days. We'd rather find a fair solution than leave someone with something that didn't work for them.
5. Your license to use the guides
When you purchase a Plot & Pantry guide, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to download, store, and use the PDF files for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
This license means you may:
Download the files to your personal devices
Print copies for your own personal use
Use the interactive features (checkboxes, notes) digitally
Keep the files for as long as you like
Reference the guides as many times as you want
6. Prohibited uses
You may not, under any circumstances:
Resell, redistribute, or transfer the files to any other person or entity
Share the files publicly — including uploading them to file-sharing sites, cloud storage accessible to others, or social media
Use the content to create derivative products for sale or distribution
Remove or alter any copyright notices, branding, or attribution within the files
Use the content for commercial training, AI model development, or dataset creation without our explicit written permission
Claim authorship or ownership of the content
Violation of these terms may result in termination of your license and, where applicable, legal action.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this Site and within our PDF guides — including text, illustrations, layout, design, brand elements, and the Plot & Pantry name and wordmark — is owned by Plot & Pantry and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law. Purchasing a guide gives you the personal license described in Section 5. It does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
8. Disclaimers
Our guides provide general information about home food growing for personal use. They are educational content only — not a substitute for professional advice in agriculture, nutrition, food safety, or medicine. Growing conditions vary by location, climate, water quality, seed stock, and individual effort. We cannot guarantee specific results. Outcomes will differ between users. The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plot & Pantry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia and the state in which Plot & Pantry operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
