Terms of Use

1. Who we are
Plot & Pantry (“we”, “us”) publishes and sells digital PDF guides for home food growing at plotandpantry.shop (the “Site”). By purchasing or using our products you agree to these Terms.
2. Our products
All products are digital downloads (PDF files). No physical goods are shipped. Guides may include interactive features (checkboxes, note fields) and links to third-party retailers for growing supplies; we are not responsible for third-party sites, their products, or their prices.
3. Ordering and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars; applicable taxes are calculated and added at checkout. Orders are processed by our payments partner Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd and its affiliates), who acts as the merchant of record for all orders. This means Paddle handles checkout, billing, taxes, and receipts, and your card or bank statement will show PADDLE.COM. Paddle’s checkout terms and privacy policy apply at the point of sale.
4. Delivery and access
After payment is confirmed, we automatically email your download links to the address you provided at checkout — delivery is typically instant, and within minutes at most. Download links are valid for 7 days and allow up to 5 downloads per file.
Lost the email or link expired? Request fresh links any time at plotandpantry.shop/resend, or email support@plotandpantry.shop — re-issuing links is free and unlimited for valid purchases.
5. Your license
Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to:
download and store the files on your personal devices;
print the guides for private use;
use the content for personal reference, indefinitely.
You may not:
resell, redistribute, sublicense, or transfer the files to any other person;
share the files or download links publicly or privately with non-purchasers;
create derivative products for commercial purposes from our content;
remove or alter copyright or attribution notices;
use the content for commercial machine-learning training, AI model development, or dataset creation without our explicit written permission.
6. Refunds
Because our products are delivered instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable. We refund verified duplicate charges, corrupted or defective files we cannot replace, failed deliveries we cannot fix, and materially misrepresented products — as described in our Refund Policy at plotandpantry.shop/refund-policy. Requests: support@plotandpantry.shop within 14 days of the charge.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Site and in our products — text, illustrations, photographs, layouts, and design — is owned by Plot & Pantry or its licensors and protected by copyright law. Purchasing a product transfers no ownership of any intellectual property.
8. Disclaimer
Our guides are practical, educational material. Gardening outcomes depend on your climate, materials, and care — we cannot guarantee specific growing results. Content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Site at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Nothing in this section deprives you of protections granted by mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.
