Policy
Refund Policy
Effective date: July 20, 2026
Applies to: All digital products sold on plotandpantry.shop — PDF guides, printable journals, and bundles.
Instant delivery, limited refunds
Our products are digital files delivered instantly. Once your order is confirmed, the files are available to you immediately, which is why purchases are generally non-refundable. By completing checkout you consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that, where the law allows, this means the standard withdrawal (“cooling-off”) period does not apply once delivery has begun.
When we do refund
We will review and, where verified, refund purchases in the following cases:
Duplicate charge — you were billed more than once for the same product. We refund the duplicate charge(s), leaving one valid purchase in place.
Corrupted or defective files — a purchased file is damaged or unreadable and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
Failed delivery — you never received your download links and our support team is unable to get them to you.
Material misrepresentation — the product is materially different from its description on our site.
What we don’t refund
Change of mind after purchase.
Purchasing the wrong product where the product description was accurate.
Download problems caused by your own device, storage, or connection — contact us first; we can always re-issue working links.
General dissatisfaction with content that matches its published description.
How to request a refund
Email support@plotandpantry.shop within 14 days of the charge. Include the email address you used at checkout, the product name, and your order or transaction reference from the receipt (issued by Paddle). We usually respond within 2 business days.
How refunds are paid
Payments for our products are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of approval.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
